We are thrilled to announce that Melanie Bradley has joined Force Soccer Academy as our new Director of Operations. With over 12 years of experience in various soccer organizations across the Peel and Halton regions, Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will greatly enhance our commitment to athlete development and operational excellence.
Melanie has successfully developed strategic and operational plans that have expanded programming and development opportunities for athletes, coaches, match officials, and administrators. Her passion for soccer and dedication to fostering growth in the community have made her a leader in the sport.
Melanie’s impressive background includes serving on Ontario Soccer’s Anti-Racism, Access and Equity Committee, as well as being a prominent voice for female leadership in sport through her guest speaking engagements. Additionally, her work with Ontario Soccer’s Provincial Xcel Program has equipped her with the skills necessary to advance organizations and create a holistic development model for athletes both on and off the field.
Club President Mihail Markovic expressed his enthusiasm for Melanie’s appointment, stating, “We are incredibly excited to welcome Melanie to the Force Soccer Academy family. Her vast experience and innovative ideas will be instrumental as we strive to enhance our programs and support our athletes in their development.”
Melanie is excited to take on a range of responsibilities at the club. In close partnership with our Technical Director, Melanie will be responsible for the growth and development of our grassroots and competitive programs. She will provide mentorship and guidance to our coaching staff, recruitment, and will ensure that coaches are meeting player development goals and adhering to our standards and guidelines. She will also help organize club tryouts, camps, and other community initiatives.
Melanie’s passion for soccer and her commitment to community development align perfectly with the values of Force Soccer Academy. We are eager to see the positive impact she will have in her new role as we continue to grow and inspire the next generation of soccer players.
