We are thrilled to introduce our exclusive training program, Level Up, led by our newest coach, Mladen Jakovljevic. This innovative program is tailored for our most senior players, focusing on enhancing their technical, tactical, and motor skills through small, specialized groups. Over 6 weeks, athletes will engage in 12 meticulously structured sessions, aiming for tangible improvements in performance.

This program is unlike any offered before, using a unique, individualized development journey that combines expert coaching with a measurable growth process. Beyond the training, participants will benefit from GPS performance testing, nutritional guidance, and personalized development plans, all underpinned by 24/7 mentorship. We believe this holistic approach not only delivers outstanding value but also fosters trust and demand for continued development, helping each athlete reach their full potential. Registration will be through Power Up.

Ball Mastery (Co-Ed – U7-U11)

The Ball Mastery Program is designed to enhance players’ tight ball control, change of speed, and juggling skills using the Coerver Coaching method. Each Sunday session is 1 hour long, structured to progressively challenge players through dynamic dribbling drills, acceleration techniques, and first-touch refinement.

Each session follows a structured approach:

  • Ball Mastery Warm-up High-repetition footwork drills to build familiarity and confidence.
  • Skill Development Drills Coerver-based dribbling patterns and directional changes.
  • Change of Speed Exercises Acceleration, deceleration, and explosive movement techniques.
  • Juggling & First Touch Work Weekly progressions to improve ball control and coordination.
  • Small-Sided Challenges Competitive elements to apply learned skills in game-like scenarios.

Force Soccer Academy is pleased to offer a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Program designed specifically for U12 and U13 athletes. Led by our certified coaching staff, this program focuses on building a strong athletic foundation while supporting the physical demands of competitive soccer. Our sessions are structured to be safe, engaging, and age-appropriate, helping players build confidence while elevating their athletic performance. The goal is to develop strong, resilient athletes who are better prepared for the physical and technical challenges of the game.

Throughout the program, players will work on:

  • Speed and agility development to improve quickness, balance, and change of direction
  • Functional strength training appropriate for their age and stage of growth
  • Endurance and conditioning to enhance performance throughout matches
