Ball Mastery (Boys – U8-U12)

This 8-week Ball Mastery Program is designed to enhance players’ tight ball control, change of speed, and juggling skills using the Coerver Coaching method. Each Sunday session is 1 hour long, structured to progressively challenge players through dynamic dribbling drills, acceleration techniques, and first-touch refinement.

Each session follows a structured approach:

  • Ball Mastery Warm-up – High-repetition footwork drills to build familiarity and confidence.
  • Skill Development Drills – Coerver-based dribbling patterns and directional changes.
  • Change of Speed Exercises – Acceleration, deceleration, and explosive movement techniques.
  • Juggling & First Touch Work – Weekly progressions to improve ball control and coordination.
  • Small-Sided Challenges – Competitive elements to apply learned skills in game-like scenarios.

Position-Specific Training (Boys – U15-U20)

This 6-week Position-Specific Training program is designed to enhance technical skills, game understanding, and overall performance by focusing on the unique demands and responsibilities of assigned roles on the field.

Join Coach Erido for Defender training, Coach Vule for Midfielder mastery, and Coach Miro for Striker skills.rove ball control and coordination.
This is an exclusive opportunity with limited spots available to ensure small group focused training.

Physical Literacy & Speed School

“Physical Literacy & Speed School” program for U10 to U12 players! Tailored specifically for young athletes, this program aims to enhance speed, coordination, and overall athleticism. By focusing on physical literacy, we ensure that participants develop the competence and confidence to move effectively across various movements and activities. Additionally, the program is designed to boost speed and agility, crucial components for soccer success.

The sessions, led by experienced trainer Sharon Agyemang, will emphasize full-body training, sprint mechanics, and acceleration speed. All exercises will be broken down into simple, easy-to-follow steps, ensuring each child can progress at their own pace.

  • Ages: U9 – U12 (2013-2016)
